  • 【修習效益】年滿22歲以上,①修習達80學分(含)以上,得以專科非本科生報各校二年制在職專班(二技)入學考試;或②修習達40學分(含)以上,得以高中同等學力報考各校日、夜間學士班(四技)入學考試。
  • 課程若額滿,請來信ee@ntua.edu.tw排候補;「候補學員」在115年8月31日(一)10:00前,都未接到遞補通知,表示無名額,請改選其他課程。
  • 學員於修習期間應遵守本校及開課單位的相關規定,如有報名資格不符、患有或疑似患有法定傳染病、不當行為影響教學及學員上課,經通知仍未改善者,得取銷其修習資格。

    • 『所有學員』開放網路報名:自115年6月8日(一)14:00起,至115年8月31日(一)10:00止;最遲於115年9月21日(一)前完成報名及繳費,逾期不予受理。
  2. 報名資格:①年滿18歲以上;或②未滿18歲者,需高中職畢業,並檢附畢業證書。

課程概要

全英語授課(EMI course)

教學目標

This EMI course without prerequisite opens to all undergraduates who are interested in better understanding the practice and insights of international organizations, including inter-governmental organizations and civil society.
Contrary to the commonsense, this course analyzes and provide insights of transnational movements on topics such as politics, trade, human rights, and SDGs. It offers a comprehensive introduction to the theory and practice of international organizations, with particular reference to the role of formal international organizations and Taiwan’s participation. It aims to facilitate the basic understanding of various key international organizations, foster critical thinking capability, and strengthen oral and written English communication skills.
The instructor is an award-winning professor in teaching excellent contest in Taiwan. He is a seasoned journalist based in Washington, DC and an ardent advocate of global civil society movement. He was elected to the Member of Membership Accreditation Committee of Transparency International between 2017 and 2023. He enjoys interactions and case-study pedagogy.

評量方式

Grading Criteria
- Class Participation: 30%
- Report: 70% (5-page PowerPoint plus 10-minute oral presentation)
- Please discuss your report topic with the instructor in the first three weeks.
